Mills meet LA brands: Texworld LA 2027 booths in Los Angeles
Texworld LA is where overseas mills and factories meet West Coast brands that want to sample and order, so a booth here works as a compact showroom: headers on the wall, garments on a rail and a table for minimums. It runs at the California Market Center, one week after Texworld NYC.

What makes Texworld LA different, and how we build for it
Messe Frankfurt launched Texworld Los Angeles and Apparel Sourcing Los Angeles at the California Market Center in July 2023, bringing its New York sourcing format to the West Coast. The 2026 edition, July 21–23, drew 120+ international exhibitors from 10+ countries, added Home Textiles Sourcing Los Angeles and welcomed Interfilière Los Angeles for intimates, swim and activewear materials. Country groups such as the Taiwan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan Pavilions sit beside special itineraries: Texperties Econogy for sustainable suppliers, Local Sourcing for North American production, Small Quantity for orders from 50 meters or pieces, and a Deadstock area. The Textile Talks series ran 12 sessions in 2026. For 2027 the show moves to June, one week after Texworld NYC.
They look for new fabrics, trims and finishes for upcoming collections and want headers, hand-feel and test data before requesting samples.
They compare mills and factories on minimums, lead times, certifications and price, and need a direct conversation with someone who can quote.
Small Quantity and Local Sourcing exist for them: they want low minimums, North American options and tech-pack help without a large commitment.

Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We fabricate in our own Fishkill, NY shop and our Las Vegas hub, then ship to the California Market Center, where our own project manager leads the install with vetted local labor. Every Texworld LA build runs a predictable 30 to 45 days and gets a pre-show QA, with secure storage after.
When your team gets to Los Angeles, the booth is lit and stocked. You just show up.

- June dates, a week after New York
After running July 21–23 in 2026, Texworld LA is listed for June 22–24, 2027, one week after Texworld NYC, so international exhibitors can cover both coasts in a single U.S. trip. Booths moving from the Javits need a fast cross-country freight plan. source
Inside Texworld LA 2027
Rules that shape your Texworld LA booth
Exhibitors start with the inquiry form, giving booth size in square meters; Messe Frankfurt states the form is not a binding contract. We can price your stand from the requested size before you sign for space.
Suppliers on the Small Quantity list must accept orders starting at 50 running meters or pieces, and visitors use the list as an itinerary. We add that minimum to your booth graphics so startups know you take their size of order.
Showing upcycled or surplus fabric in the Deadstock feature area is included with your exhibitor booth at no extra cost, with signage and placement from the show. We match your own booth graphics to that listing.
Messe Frankfurt does not issue visa letters or supporting documents for event attendees. International teams arrange documents through their own embassy or consulate, so we confirm who will staff the booth before finalizing freight and install dates.
Programs worth planning for
The show's education series, 12 sessions in 2026 on Fall/Winter 2027/28 trends, bio-based materials, AI, circularity, natural fibers and consumer insights, led by experts from industry brands.
A feature area for upcycled, surplus and end-of-roll fabrics, included with an exhibitor booth, with discounted pitch sessions and sponsorships and access to B2B matchmaking with sourcing brands.
A special itinerary highlighting eco-conscious exhibitors and sustainable textile innovations, so West Coast fashion buyers looking for responsible suppliers can find them quickly on the floor.
Curated trend showcases each edition translating consumer behavior and global influences into fabric, color and material directions for upcoming collections.

Case study · French Avenue
French Avenue at a fragrance and beauty trade show
A premium fragrance environment built around discovery, with a flow designed for real conversations and product sampling.
French Avenue's booth turned close-up discovery into real conversations; at Texworld LA a developer discovers a fabric by handling the header, and the conversation about minimums follows at the table.

04 Designing for international fabric mills, apparel manufacturers and home textile suppliers at Texworld LA
Four things we get right for Texworld LA exhibitors
1Headers that answer the first question
Developers at Texworld LA ask about content, weight, width and minimum before anything else. We print those on every header, group them by product category the way the 2026 exhibitor list did, and add a QR code for your digital swatch book.
2Show the Small Quantity offer
The Small Quantity itinerary lists suppliers that accept orders from 50 meters or pieces, aimed at startups and independent designers. If you qualify, we put that minimum on the aisle face of the booth so a young brand stops instead of assuming you are out of reach.
3Pack for a back-to-back tour
Messe Frankfurt schedules Texworld LA one week after Texworld NYC so international exhibitors cover both coasts in one trip. We build a kit that ships from the Javits to the California Market Center in time, with graphics that suit both audiences.
4Let deadstock look curated
Deadstock fabrics are among the categories buyers request, and the show's Deadstock area adds signage and placement at no extra cost. On your own stand we display surplus rolls as a styled, labeled edit rather than a pile, with quantities clearly marked.
05 California Market Center · Los Angeles
Logistics for Texworld LA 2027, handled
Messe Frankfurt stages Texworld LA in the CMC, the Fashion District's showroom tower on East 9th Street, so this is a market building with event floors, not a convention hall. Messe Frankfurt has not published the 2027 exhibitor manual, move-in hours or contractor list, so freight details are not confirmed yet. We plan in compact crates and panels suited to a high-rise market building, schedule delivery with the show's operations team, and handle the turn from Texworld NYC the week before for exhibitors doing both. When the floor shuts at 2 p.m. on Thursday, our project manager and the local labor we book take the stand down and crate it the same afternoon.
What Purple handles
- Header walls labeled with content, weight and minimums
- Garment rails showing fabrics made up
- Compact crates for a high-rise market building
- Routing from Texworld NYC to Los Angeles
- Install and pack-out with our project manager
- Storage until your next textile show

Messe Frankfurt lists Texworld Los Angeles for June 22–24, 2027 at the California Market Center, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The same pages say exact dates are still to be announced, so the final dates are not confirmed yet; we plan to June 22–24.
Where is Texworld LA held?
Messe Frankfurt holds it at the CMC on East 9th Street, the market building at the heart of the downtown Fashion District. Messe Frankfurt chose the CMC for its showrooms, events and businesses serving the fashion community; the specific event space for 2027 is not confirmed yet.
What shows run with Texworld LA?
Apparel Sourcing Los Angeles, for finished apparel, contract manufacturing and private label, runs alongside Texworld. In 2026 Home Textiles Sourcing Los Angeles debuted with bath, bed, kitchen and window products, and Interfilière Los Angeles joined for intimates, swimwear and activewear materials.
How many exhibitors are at Texworld LA?
The 2026 edition, held July 21–23 at the California Market Center, brought more than 120 international exhibitors from 10+ countries across Texworld, Apparel Sourcing and Home Textiles Sourcing Los Angeles, with thousands of industry professionals attending, per Messe Frankfurt.
Who exhibits at Texworld LA?
Textile mills, apparel manufacturers and home textile suppliers from China, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Italy, Peru and the U.S., among others, plus service companies such as Pantone and Peclers Paris. Taiwan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan each had a pavilion in 2026.
How much does a booth at Texworld LA cost?
Messe Frankfurt quotes space by square meter through its sales team and does not publish rates. Our part is the build: a 10×20 rental with a header wall, rail, table and lighting typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom 20×20 pavilion stand runs $50,000 to $120,000.
How do I exhibit at Texworld LA?
Fill in the exhibitor inquiry form on the Exhibitor Services page with your company details and an optional booth size in square meters. The form is a request for information, not a binding contract, and the sales team for fashion and apparel follows up with options.
What is the Small Quantity program?
Small Quantity is a supplier list for startups and independent designers: exhibitors on it accept orders starting at 50 running meters or pieces. Visitors use it as a special itinerary, so being listed brings a specific kind of buyer to your booth.
What is the Deadstock area at Texworld LA?

Does Texworld LA provide visa letters?
Messe Frankfurt does not provide visa letters or related documents to support visa applications for event attendees, and advises contacting your embassy or consulate. International exhibitor teams should plan travel documents early, especially when combining Texworld NYC and Los Angeles.
How is Texworld LA different from LA Textile?
Texworld LA is Messe Frankfurt's international sourcing event with mills and factories largely from Asia, held in summer with apparel and home textile sourcing alongside. LA Textile is the CMC's own curated fabric show in February and September; LA Textile itself exhibited at Texworld LA in 2026.
Is Texworld LA worth exhibiting at?
For international mills and manufacturers wanting West Coast brands, it is the region's dedicated sourcing event, timed a week after Texworld NYC so one trip covers both coasts. Suppliers aiming at large East Coast buying teams usually treat Texworld NYC as the main show and Los Angeles as the add-on.
