Real Purple eventGlobal Pet Expo 2027 staffing for brands bringing new products to buyers: launch presenters, order reps, lounge hosts and camera-ready models. Local Orlando people at $85 an hour each, and nothing billed for travel.

Global Pet Expo is where pet brands show the year’s new products to the buyers who stock them. Purple Exhibits provides Global Pet Expo booth staff for those launches: product presenters, booth reps who log show deals, buyer meeting hosts, aisle greeters and trade show models for the media hour. Every person costs $85 an hour, four hours minimum. The crew lives in the Orlando area, so you pay no flights, hotel nights or travel fees. The 2027 edition runs March 17–19 at the Orange County Convention Center, and the show comes back to Orlando every year. Presented by APPA and PIDA, it admits retailers, distributors, mass-market buyers and other qualified professionals, not the general public. We learn your new line before the hall opens, so the first buyer of the day gets the same clear pitch as the last. Book by mid-January for the widest choice, or call with 72 hours’ notice for a rush crew.
Hosts and ambassadors from real Purple Exhibits booths at pet shows. Friendly with buyers and their questions, neat from the first hour to the last.

Set how many products you launch and how many buyer meetings you expect. The rosette pins the crew and the total at $85 per hour, using the show’s posted hall hours.
Six spots that most launch booths at this show have, and the person who covers each one. Select a spot to read the job.
Example 20×30 launch booth, not to scale. When you book, we mark your own floor plan with positions like these.
This is the first thing a buyer sees. A product presenter stands beside the risers, names each new item in one sentence and puts a sell sheet in the buyer’s hand before they drift on.
Short demos on a posted timetable: a feeder, a toy, a litter system or a leash. Between slots the presenter tidies the stage and gathers the next small group from the aisle.
The greeter reads the badge and asks one question: retailer, distributor or press? Each answer has a named person in the booth, so nobody waits.
A booth rep confirms the account, scans the badge, notes the products the buyer liked and keys in the show deal so your sales team can follow up the next week.
Mass-market and distributor buyers often book a time. A meeting host checks the list, offers water, and seats the next group when your sales lead is free.
Media and influencers are a listed attendee group at this show. A model or ambassador handles the photo moment and passes press questions to your spokesperson.

The show’s New Products Showcase is a 45,000 sq ft space where exhibitors display their newest lines, with Best in Show awards in twelve categories. The show runs it; your crew’s job is to catch the buyers it sends your way.
Showcase dates and times as listed on the official New Products Showcase page. Check the exhibitor manual for any changes.
The show groups many exhibitors into themed areas. Each area brings its own kind of visitor, so we brief the crew a little differently.
Buyers ask about ingredients and sourcing. Presenters learn the label claims you approve, word for word, and stop there.
Design-led products sell on looks. A model or ambassador shows the item in use and keeps it styled on the display.
Questions about packaging and materials. We give staff a short card with your verified facts so nobody guesses.
Tanks, terrariums and habitats need a steady presenter. Live animals stay with your own specialist at all times.
Buyers from abroad and sourcing meetings. Ask for multilingual reps and we confirm who is free when we quote.
Business-to-business talks with brands, not shoppers. A booth rep books meetings and keeps notes for your sales team.
A small booth and a lot to prove. One presenter and one rep cover a 10×10 well when they share the pitch.
Three show days of different lengths. We set call times one hour before doors so displays are ready and the crew has walked the brief.
Opening day. Buyers move fast and look for what is new, so presenters lead with the launch table and reps log every first visit.
The longest day. Meeting hosts work the appointment list, and breaks are staggered so the launch table is never empty.
Short final day and awards day. Last orders, follow-up bookings, then a tidy pack-down with your team.
Hall hours as posted on the official Show Info page. If the show changes them, we move the call times to match.

Eight services exhibitors book for this show, each at $85 per hour per person. Exhibiting at other Florida shows this year? See our Orlando trade show models and booth staff page for the full local calendar.
Models stand with the products you are launching so media, influencers and your own content team get clean photos. Each one learns the product names before the first shot.
Presenters introduce new items at the launch table and run short demos on a timetable, then hand serious buyers to a rep.
Reps sort retailers from distributors, scan badges and enter show specials on your tablet, with notes your sales team can use.
Ambassadors work the edge of the aisle with sell sheets and point visitors who saw your Showcase entry toward the booth.
Hosts run the appointment list in your lounge or suite and greet each buyer by name and company.
For treat and food brands: covered trays, ingredient cards and take-home packs, handled by the rules in your exhibitor manual.
For a session or evening event you host during show week: names, badges, wristbands and a short queue.

Briefed on your new line, easy with pet people and focused on buyers. These five roles cover most launch booths at Global Pet Expo.

The show floor sits in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive. Our Florida convention center guides cover halls, freight and labor. Pet brands that also exhibit in summer can book the same way for SuperZoo booth staff in Las Vegas, and the Orlando crew returns to this building for PGA Show staffing and InfoComm.

Full crews on the floor in the South Concourse halls, plus hosts for suite meetings nearby.
Buyer dinners and receptions along International Drive and across Orlando.
Animals at the show. Pets are part of the story at many booths. The official FAQ asks anyone bringing a service animal to register it. For display animals, your own handler stays in charge; our staff join a photo moment only when the handler says so, and they follow the show’s floor rules.
