GTC is NVIDIA's own developer conference, and the expo around it is the NVIDIA ecosystem in one place: the 2026 sponsor wall ran from Elite and Diamond tiers through Platinum, Gold, Silver and Exhibitor down to Inception Startup booths, 435 listings in all. The CEO keynote sets the agenda, and the 2027 themes span agentic AI, AI infrastructure, AI for science, CUDA and libraries, industrial AI, and physical AI and robotics. NVIDIA runs GTC exhibits through sponsor packages handled by its GTC sponsor team, with 2026 tiers from Elite to Inception Startup. We build to the space and rules your package sets, from full custom booths to graphics for startup units.
The minimum age to attend GTC in person is 18, and registration is required for in-person and virtual attendance. We plan booth staffing and demo hand-offs around registered staff only.
NVIDIA names EventSphere as GTC's only official housing provider and warns against third parties posing as it. We book crew rooms through the official channel and flag any outside offers to you.

Logistics for NVIDIA GTC 2027, handled
GTC fills the San Jose McEnery Convention Center at 150 W. San Carlos St. and spills into venues across downtown San Jose, three miles from Mineta San Jose International Airport. Booth schedules, move-in times and the service contractor arrive in NVIDIA's exhibitor materials once your sponsorship is signed. We read those materials, file the service forms, order power and data for live demos, ship crated servers and robots to the advance warehouse, and bring our own project manager to lead vetted local labor through install and dismantle. EventSphere is the only official housing provider, so book rooms there.
