Heart Rhythm 2027, San Francisco: an EP booth for the 29-minute hall visit
We design Heart Rhythm booths so an electrophysiologist sees your mapping, ablation or monitoring story in minutes, with a seated pod for HRS-approved 20-minute talks. At Moscone's union floor we route freight to the right North or South dock and schedule labor from the May 10 move-in.
- Hall open May 14–16
- 150+ exhibitors in 2026
- Move-in begins May 10
What makes Heart Rhythm different, and how we build for it
Heart Rhythm is the Heart Rhythm Society's own meeting for the electrophysiology field, so nearly every visitor works in ablation, cardiac implantable devices, clinical EP or remote monitoring. In 2026, 94% of attendees visited the Exhibit Hall, 6,738 unique attendees walked the floor and the average visit lasted 29 minutes. Two Rhythm Theaters sit on the exhibit floor, the Poster Pavilion, the Espresso Bar and Mental "Paws" pull traffic between booths, and new for San Francisco, Tech Suites move into Hall F with extended hours. The Heart Rhythm Gala closes Saturday, May 15, and Sunday is a three-hour morning of exhibits before late-breaking sessions.
The mapping display or ablation catheter up close, the data behind it, and a clinical specialist who can walk a case in the time between a plenary and the next session.
Hands on the programmer, the remote monitoring dashboard or the wearable, with someone who can show the daily workflow, alerts and patient follow-up, not just the headline feature.
Teaching material, a short in-booth talk they can sit through, and a contact for training programs; in 2026, 67.2% of attendees worked at academic hospitals.

Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Moscone Center (North and South), and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA.

Inside Heart Rhythm 2027
Rules that shape your booth
Each exhibitor may host up to 14 in-booth presentations, at most 20 minutes long and one per designated slot, approved by HRS through the In-Booth Presentation Form. We size a seated pod and screen to your slot count and keep it clear of the demo stations.
Any cardiology or electrophysiology event in San Francisco from May 10 to 16, 2027 needs HRS approval through one of its channels, and a reception with more than 20 minutes of education counts as a Satellite Symposium. We plan your booth agenda and after-hours use inside those channels.
Tech Suites in Hall F come with four hard walls and a door, start at 10×20, and may not host educational symposia, sessions or activities. We furnish yours for private demos and customer meetings and move any teaching content to your approved in-booth slots.
Under the 2026 policy, exhibitors may not buy advertising directly within two miles of the convention center, the HRS hotels or host airports, and street activities such as loudspeakers or sandwich boards are banned. We keep your brand inside the booth and route outside ideas to A. Fassano & Company.
Under the 2025 industry meeting rules, companies whose products are in exploratory stages or not yet FDA approved may host small meetings only after HRS approval, and industry meetings carry no educational content. We keep investigational products off booth graphics unless your regulatory team approves the wording.
Programs worth planning for
Two custom-built theaters on the exhibit floor for product showcases and device demonstrations on Friday, May 14 and Saturday, May 15 during hall hours. A one-hour slot is $56,750 with stage set, AV, marketing and catering; non-ACE only.
Industry-led, small-group training with your products in Hall F from Thursday to Sunday within set windows, at $30,000 for a Thursday, a Friday or the Saturday–Sunday block. The sponsor picks session times inside HRS's schedule.
Private hard-walled suites for contracted exhibitors, new in Hall F for San Francisco with extended hours from Thursday, May 13 at 9 AM to Sunday, May 16 at 2 PM PT, at $48.00 per square foot with a 10×20 minimum.
Hospitality, networking, equipment demonstrations or product previews hosted in your own booth on Friday or Saturday after the Exhibit Hall closes, at $20,000 non-exclusive. Only contracted exhibitors may buy sponsorships.
Heart Rhythm is the U.S. calendar's dedicated electrophysiology meeting; choose it over ACC when your product is an ablation, mapping, implantable or monitoring device and you want EP physicians and allied staff rather than the whole cardiology field. Popular booth sizes at Heart Rhythm
HRS sells space by the square foot: $46.50 for standard commercial booths and $48.00 for corners and islands on the 2027 rate card, with an 8-foot pipe-and-drape back wall included. We recommend a 10×20 inline for a monitoring or wearable launch, and a 20×20 island when a mapping system needs a big screen and a seated talk pod.

Case study · Pixee Medical
Pixee Medical at a medical technology congress
A focused, demo-first booth for augmented-reality surgical guidance, built so every visitor could try the technology while traffic kept moving.
Pixee Medical's demo-first booth let every visitor try the technology while traffic kept moving, the same problem a mapping or ablation demo faces during Heart Rhythm's short hall hours.
Read the Pixee Medical case study All case studies →“We were very happy with the experience and with the support provided throughout the project. The booth looked great, the coordination process was smooth, and everything was handled professionally, which made the event much easier for our team.”

04 Designing for electrophysiology, ablation, mapping, implantable device and cardiac monitoring companies at Heart Rhythm
Four things we get right for Heart Rhythm exhibitors
1Ready for the post-plenary rush
On Friday, May 14 the exhibit hall opens at 9:30 AM, right after the Opening Plenary, so the first wave arrives at once. We keep the booth front open, set every demo station live before doors open and add a second screen ring so a crowd behind the first row can follow the procedure footage.
2A seated pod for 20-minute talks
HRS allows up to 14 in-booth presentations of no more than 20 minutes, one per designated slot, approved through the In-Booth Presentation Form. We build a pod with stools or benches, a 75-inch or larger screen and a wireless mic sized to your booth, so talks run without blocking the demo stations.
3Make the mapping screen readable
In 2026, 71% of Heart Rhythm attendees said the Exhibit Hall informed a decision to buy or prescribe, and in EP that decision often turns on a 3D map. We place large, glare-controlled displays at standing eye level, add a close-view feed of the catheter tip and hide the console wiring in the counter.
Give allied staff their own station
Allied professionals were 26.6% of Heart Rhythm 2026 attendees and trainees 16.3%, and many run device clinics and remote monitoring every day. We add a separate hands-on station for programmers, alert dashboards and wearables, at counter height with stools, so a technologist can work the software while physicians talk elsewhere in the booth.

Logistics for Heart Rhythm 2027, handled
Moscone's contractor agreements give setup and teardown to union labor, so our own project manager leads vetted local crews from the May 10 move-in. Every exhibit hall sits one level below the main lobbies; Hall A unloads at the four-door Blue Dock, Hall C at the Green Dock, Hall F at the nine-door Red Dock, and trucks to North and South are capped at 53-foot trailers and 13 feet 6 inches high. We ship crates to the show contractor's advance warehouse, list drayage as its own proposal line and plan teardown for the 11 AM Sunday close. The Marriott Marquis and Hilton San Francisco Union Square are the closest large hotels.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Moscone Center exhibitor guide.
Hall guide
Heart Rhythm 2027 uses the Moscone Center's North and South Buildings, whose six exhibition-level halls sit one level below the main lobbies. HRS places Tech Suites and hands-on training in Hall F and Business Suites on Level 3.
The South Building halls. Hall A has four loading doors at the Blue Dock, Hall C three at the Green Dock, and Hall B has no designated dock; Moscone flags support arches and lower ceiling areas in Hall C.
Our advice: We label crates for the dock that serves your hall, and we draw hanging signs and tall towers around the support arches shown on Moscone's floor plans.
A concrete hall with 5-foot columns and nine loading doors at the Red Dock. For 2027 HRS puts Tech Suites just outside the Exhibit Hall here, plus the Hands-On Training Sessions.
Our advice: A Tech Suite here stays open Thursday to Sunday afternoon, longer than the floor, so we furnish it as your private demo and meeting room.
HRS locates Business Suites on Level 3 of the convention center: private corporate rooms for non-educational activities, priced by room size and open during meeting hours.
Our advice: We supply portable graphics, a monitor stand and meeting furniture that carry by hand from the exhibit level to a Level 3 suite.
Flexible carpeted space that Moscone uses as exhibit halls or breakout rooms. These halls have no air or water service and no designated loading dock.
Our advice: If HRS assigns space here and your demo needs compressed air or water, we switch to self-contained equipment and run every connection from your booth's own utilities plan.

Heart Rhythm exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before Heart Rhythm
How much does a booth at Heart Rhythm 2027 cost?
Start with the space: HRS charges $46.50 per square foot for a standard booth and $48.00 for corners and islands in 2027, so a 10×20 inline is $9,300 and a 20×20 island $19,200 before the build. A rental 10×20 runs $7,500 to $15,000; a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000. Large mapping screens, a talk pod and Moscone union labor move the number most.
What is the deadline to book space at Heart Rhythm 2027?
Priority-point applications closed September 10, 2026, so new applications are placed first come, first served after priority-point holders. The prospectus moves applications from a 50% non-refundable deposit to full payment in January 2027, and exhibitor priority-point housing requests are due December 1, 2026. For our part, we need design sign-off by early March 2027.
Can we rent a booth for Heart Rhythm, and what does a rental include?
A Purple rental for Heart Rhythm includes the frame, fabric graphics printed for your products, LED lighting, demo counters with locking storage, monitor mounts, freight, installation and dismantle on one fixed proposal. HRS adds an 8-foot pipe-and-drape back wall, 33-inch side rails and a booth ID sign with the space. After the show the rental returns to us, with nothing to store.
Can we set up our own booth at Moscone Center?
Not a built booth. Under Moscone's contractor agreements, putting up and taking down exhibit structures belongs to union labor. Your staff can place product and literature once the structure stands. We bring our own project manager to lead vetted local labor, book the hours on the proposal and have demo stations powered before your team arrives.
Can we give presentations in our Heart Rhythm booth?
With approval. HRS lets each exhibitor host up to 14 in-booth presentations of no more than 20 minutes, one per designated time slot, submitted through the In-Booth Presentation Form. Sunday has an open window from 8:45 to 11:15 AM with three sessions at most. We design the seating, screen and sound so a talk never blocks the demo stations.
What does drayage cost at Moscone Center, and who pays it?
The show contractor bills drayage to you at the rate in the Heart Rhythm exhibitor kit. Until that kit is out, we plan with the figure in Purple's Moscone venue guide: about $180 per hundredweight with a 200-pound minimum, a 2026–27 estimate for the building. Demo consoles, monitors and crated counters are the heavy items, so we consolidate shipments and show drayage as its own proposal line.
Where are the Tech Suites at Heart Rhythm 2027?
New for San Francisco, Tech Suites sit in Hall F, just outside the Exhibit Hall, open from Thursday, May 13 at 9 AM to Sunday, May 16 at 2 PM PT. Each has four hard walls and a door, starts at 10×20 and costs $48.00 per square foot. We fit out the interior with graphics, screens and meeting furniture.
Can we host an event in our booth after the hall closes?
HRS sells After Hours Events in your existing booth on Friday or Saturday once the Exhibit Hall closes, at $20,000 non-exclusive, for hospitality, networking, equipment demonstrations or product previews. We plan lighting, furniture and a bar layout that converts from the daytime demo floor without moving the structure.
Can we reuse our Heart Rhythm booth at other shows?
We build demo counters and screen walls to reconfigure, so the same booth can move from Heart Rhythm to ACC, AHA Scientific Sessions or TCT with new graphics for each audience. Between shows it stays in our storage, and we resize it when the next floor plan gives you a different footprint.
When is Heart Rhythm 2027?
Heart Rhythm 2027 runs Thursday, May 13 to Sunday, May 16, 2027. Thursday is education and industry sessions; the Exhibit Hall is open Friday, May 14 from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday, May 15 from 8 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, May 16 from 8 to 11 AM Pacific time.
Where is Heart Rhythm 2027 held?
At the Moscone Center's North and South Buildings, 747 Howard Street, in San Francisco's South of Market district. HRS runs shuttles between official hotels and Moscone and names SFO, about 20 to 30 minutes away, Oakland and San Jose as the airports.
How many people attend Heart Rhythm?
Heart Rhythm 2026 in Chicago drew 10,573 attendees from 82 countries, with 150+ exhibitors and 272 sessions. HRS counted 7,475 scientific attendees that year, and 6,738 unique attendees walked the exhibit floor. The 2024 Boston meeting opened with more than 8,400 registered clinicians, scientists and researchers.
Who organizes Heart Rhythm 2027?
The Heart Rhythm Society, based in Washington, D.C., runs the meeting. A. Fassano & Company manages exhibit sales, booth and Tech Suite assignments, island schematics and sponsorships, and Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official housing company. Applications go through the Heart Rhythm 2027 Exhibitor Hub.

Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for Heart Rhythm:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who builds the booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what is billed by the show?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
