The short answer

Money20/20 USA 2027 staffing at a glance

Money20/20 USA is a meetings show, so the people at your booth decide how many of those meetings actually happen. Purple Exhibits books Money20/20 booth staff who live in Las Vegas: product presenters, demo hosts for payment terminals and apps, meeting pod hosts, lead desk reps, lounge hostesses and trade show models. Whatever the job, the price is $85 an hour for each person, and a shift is never shorter than four hours. Since everyone already lives in town, you will not see airfare, hotel rooms or travel charges on the bill. The coming edition is set for October 19–21, 2027, and it moves to the Las Vegas Convention Center for the show floor, with Resorts World as the evening venue. Money20/20 USA comes back to Las Vegas every October. Book five to eight weeks ahead for the best fit, or as late as 72 hours out for a rush request.

Brand ambassadors

Ambassadors scan badges on the aisle, sort visitors by company type and hand out your giveaway only after the scan.

Promotional models

For a product reveal or a partner announcement, promotional models present on cue and keep the crowd facing your screen.

Hostesses

Hostesses run your meeting pods and invited-guest lounge, check names against the calendar and keep slots moving.

Product demonstrators

Demonstrators learn one tight script for your checkout, wallet or dashboard demo and deliver it the same way each hour.

Registration and check-in staff

At suites, dinners and receptions, including the evening program at Resorts World, our door team works the guest list name by name.

Lead capture booth reps

Reps ask your approved questions, tag the lead as bank, merchant, fintech or investor and book the next call on the spot.

New for 2027

Two venues, one show week

After a decade at The Venetian, Money20/20 USA moves in 2027. The floor and the stages go to the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the evenings go to Resorts World. Returning exhibitors should plan as if it were a new show.

Show floor · content · core networking

Las Vegas Convention Center

From 2027 the exhibit floor, the stages and the main networking areas move to the LVCC. It is a big campus with several halls, so the walk from a parking garage or a Loop station to a back-row booth takes real time on day one.

Send your hall and booth number as soon as you have them. We set call times by the nearest entrance and plan breaks so a booth is never left empty.

Evening venue

Resorts World Las Vegas

Money20/20 names Resorts World as the evening home of the show, for after-hours programs and community events. Many exhibitors book dinners, suites and receptions there too.

Our check-in hosts and hostesses work your evening event with the guest list in hand, then the floor crew comes back fresh the next morning.

An underground link

Getting between them

Money20/20 says the two venues are joined by an underground transport system, so attendees can move between the floor and the evening program without a cab line.

We brief your evening crew on the route and give each person a meeting point, so nobody is late for the door.

Talk track

What our staff say, and what they pass on

Payments is a regulated business. Your booth crew is there to start conversations and move them to your experts, not to talk numbers or rules. These are the lines we brief on before every Money20/20 shift.

We say

Short, approved lines about what your product does, who it is for and where the next demo starts.

We say

"Great question. Let me get the right person." Then we bring a named person from your team within minutes.

We pass on

Pricing, interchange, fees, rates, contract terms and anything about a deal in progress.

We pass on

Questions about regulation, licensing, data security or how customer data is stored.

We never

Ask a visitor for card numbers, account details or any payment data, even for a demo. Demo cards and test accounts only.

We never

Promise results, quote numbers we have not been given, or speak to press on your behalf.

Five Money20/20 staffing mistakes to avoid

05

Do not honor: a crew with no talk track

Without approved lines, staff either say too little or say something your legal team would not. Send the script and the “pass on” list early.

14

Invalid number: wrong hall on day one

2027 is the first year on the LVCC floor. Returning exhibitors who still picture the Venetian layout lose an hour finding the booth. Share the hall map.

51

Insufficient staff: meetings without a host

A full calendar with no one checking guests in means late starts and empty pods. Give meeting pods their own host.

54

Expired card: demo devices that log out

Terminals and tablets that time out mid-demo kill the moment. A demo host keeps every device charged, logged in and reset.

91

Issuer unavailable: no one to hand off to

Leads go cold when the expert is in a meeting. Name a backup for each topic so the crew always has someone to call.

Purple Exhibits Las Vegas team
Fact-checked by the Money20/20 desk · Updated

How much do Money20/20 USA booth staff cost?

It is $85 an hour for each person, with four hours as the shortest shift. That price is the same for a presenter, a demo host, a pod host, a rep, a hostess or a trade show model. Nobody flies in, so travel never appears on the invoice.

When is Money20/20 USA 2027?

Money20/20 lists October 19–21, 2027, Tuesday to Thursday, in Las Vegas. The show floor moves to the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World becomes the evening venue. Money20/20 had not yet published 2027 floor hours at the time of writing.

Is Money20/20 USA held every year?

Yes. Money20/20 USA takes place in Las Vegas every year, usually in October. The 2026 edition was the last one at The Venetian; from 2027 it runs at the LVCC and Resorts World.

Can your staff explain our payments product?

They deliver a short, approved script and run your demo the way you show them. Questions on pricing, fees, regulation or data security go straight to your own team. We never ask visitors for real payment data.

How many staff does a Money20/20 booth need?

Start from your meetings and demos, not your carpet. Plan one demo host per three devices, one pod host for every 16 or so booked meetings a day, then a rep at the lead desk and someone on the corner. Our crew authorization tool works it out for you.

How do your reps qualify fintech leads?

They scan each badge, ask two or three questions you approve, and tag the lead as a bank, merchant, fintech, investor, network or press contact. Each tag maps to a person on your team, so follow-up starts the same day.

How far ahead should I book for Money20/20?

Five to eight weeks before October 19 gives you the widest choice of presenters and hosts. October fills up fast for Las Vegas event staff. Short notice is possible too: we can staff a booth with 72 hours’ warning.

Where can I hire booth staff near the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Right here. The people we place at Money20/20 are Las Vegas residents who commute to the LVCC themselves, which keeps airfare and hotels off your costs. Pricing stays at $85 an hour each, four hours minimum.

Can I book promotional models for one day of Money20/20?

Yes. Book only opening day, a launch moment or one evening reception. The four-hour minimum still applies to each person, and extra days can be added as long as we have time to brief anyone new.

Do you staff evening events at Resorts World?

Yes. Hostesses, guest-list hosts and brand ambassadors from our team work dinners, suites and receptions at Resorts World and elsewhere on the Strip all through show week.

Do you have bilingual booth staff for Money20/20?

Often. Money20/20 counts attendees from more than 85 countries, and Las Vegas has many Spanish speakers and people who speak other languages. Tell us which ones you need when you book. Language skills do not change the $85 price.

What happens if a staff member cancels?

Backup staff stay on call in Las Vegas for the whole show week. Someone who has read your brief gets to the convention center inside two hours; if not, that shift costs you nothing.

What should Money20/20 booth staff wear?

Most fintech booths choose a sharp, simple look: black dresses or suits, blue suiting, a brand-color knit or a logo quarter-zip. You can ship branded pieces and we check that everyone arrives pressed and on time.

Are you the official Money20/20 staffing company?

No. Exhibitors hire Purple Exhibits on their own, as an independent supplier. We have no link to Money20/20 or to Informa, which runs the event.

Can Purple build our Money20/20 booth too?

Yes. Our exhibit team designs, builds and sets up booths at the Las Vegas Convention Center, from meeting pods to demo bars and screen walls, and the same project can include the crew.
