ViVE 2027, Nashville: booths for CIOs walking over from the Connect Lounge
We design ViVE booths around a health system executive's fifteen spare minutes: a workflow demo at the aisle and a lockable meeting room one step in. At Music City Center we file plans by February 5, ship to T3 Expo's advance warehouse and build islands on Friday straight-time labor.
- Floor open March 15–17
- 5,000+ meetings in 2026
- Booth plans due Feb 5
What makes ViVE different, and how we build for it
ViVE is the digital health show CHIME and HLTH created together, and it sells buyer access before it sells square feet.Provider & Payer Connect pairs director-level and higher executives from health systems, payers and pharma with sponsors in double opt-in, 15-minute meetings, and ViVE counted more than 5,000 of them in 2026. Floor space comes inside sponsorship packages, from a Viosk to a 20×30 turnkey, while custom builds of 10×20 and up file their own plans. Specialty zones for AI, cybersecurity and InteropNow! data exchange, plus the Nurse Innovator Pavilion, sort the floor by problem, and the floor closes at noon on the final Wednesday.
A credible answer to one budget question in the first minute, then a closed room where integration effort, security review and contract terms can be discussed without competitors listening at the next counter.
The product inside a realistic clinician workflow at counter height, with someone in the booth who can talk documentation burden, alert fatigue and nursing adoption rather than feature lists.
Proof of traction or return on a single screen, a short demo of the financial workflow, and a seat for a follow-up after an Investor Connect or Provider & Payer Connect meeting.
Your team in Nashville
Two shops, one project manager, every hall
We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Music City Center, and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA.
Your team walks into a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.
Inside ViVE 2027
Rules that shape your booth
Every custom booth of 10×20 and larger submits a floor plan, location and orientation, elevations and material specifications to ViVE show management by February 5, 2027. We draw the set to that list and file it with your EAC paperwork.
A 20×20 or larger island tops out at 20 feet overall, hanging sign included, signs hang only over those islands, and T3 Expo takes signs by advance shipment only, never onsite. We ship the sign ahead with its rigging drawing.
A 10×20 inline keeps an 8-foot back-wall limit, ViVE's 7.75-foot white back wall cannot be removed, and side panels stop at 5 feet wide by 3 feet high. We design graphics that mount in front of that wall and keep demo counters below the side limit.
Music City Center requires a detailed plan for any medical-related activity, including testing, 90 days before the event, with tests run by licensed practitioners and medical waste removed daily. If your demo goes past software, we flag it to you by early December 2026.
Exhibitors carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming ViVE Event LLC, ViVE, T3 Expo and the venue as additional insureds. Our own certificate, active from move-in through move-out, goes to T3 Expo with the EAC form by February 9, 2027.
Programs worth planning for
Double opt-in, 15-minute meetings between sponsors and director-level or higher executives from health systems, payers and pharma, held in the Provider Payer Connect Lounge. Sponsors buy meetings in packs of five as an add-on to a booth or meeting space.
Live three-minute pitches to expert judges, followed by three minutes of questions, for startups less than five years old that have raised under $8 million. A separate AgeTech pitch runs with AARP's AgeTech Collaborative.
ViVE's interoperability hub, where health systems and payers present data-exchange case studies and vendors demo by use case. Sponsors can present in a half-day session and appear on the InteropNow! podcast.
A dedicated space on the ViVE floor for inventions and initiatives led by nurses, alongside nurse-built education sessions on tech-enabled care models and digital health in nursing practice.
ViVE is the CHIME and HLTH show for health system and payer technology buyers; choose it over HLTH, its larger Las Vegas sibling, when your buyer is a CIO, CISO or CMIO and you want booked 15-minute meetings with them in March. Compare every medical devices show we build for →

02 Booths & pricing for ViVE 2027
Popular booth sizes at ViVE
ViVE sells T3 Expo turnkey packages in 10×10, 10×20, 20×20 and 20×30 sizes, plus Viosks, kiosks, meeting pods and meeting cubes, and accepts custom booths of 10×20 and up. We recommend a custom 10×20 for your own demo story; step up to a 20×20 island once a hanging sign and a closed meeting room both matter.

Two demo counters under ViVE's 8-foot inline back-wall limit, one running a live workflow and one a recorded fallback, plus a standing table for the security lead who wants architecture detail.

Case study · SpecialtyRx
SpecialtyRx at a healthcare trade show
A custom island with elevated circular branding and LED tiles that stayed busy from open to close, built for visibility across the whole floor.
Different buyer, same problem: SpecialtyRx's island stayed busy open to close with elevated branding, as a ViVE island must across two full days and a Wednesday morning.
Read the SpecialtyRx case study All case studies →“We were very happy with the experience and with the support provided throughout the project. The booth looked great, the coordination process was smooth, and everything was handled professionally, which made the event much easier for our team.”

04 Designing for digital health, health IT, AI and cybersecurity companies at ViVE
Four things we get right for ViVE exhibitors
1Stand the island on Friday's clock
Custom booths of 20×20 and larger may move in Friday, March 12, from 8:00 AM, when T3 Expo labor bills $117 an hour at straight time; Saturday is overtime at $166 and Sunday double time at $218. We engineer ViVE islands to stand in one Friday shift, so the labor line stays at the lowest rate.
Sell in two and a half days
The ViVE floor runs 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM on March 15 and 16 and closes at noon on Wednesday, March 17. We put the demo that answers a CIO's first question at the aisle, set a 15-minute table one step inside, and load lead scanners with your qualifying questions so follow-up starts that week.
Write for the zone next door
ViVE sells specialty zones for AI, cybersecurity and InteropNow! data exchange, and they sort buyers by the problem they came to solve. We write your header graphic for the zone nearest your space, so a CISO leaving the cybersecurity zone reads a security answer from 30 feet rather than your whole product list.
A meeting room that locks
ViVE's prebuilt meeting cubes have 8-foot walls, a glass panel and no secure storage. Inside a custom booth we build a lockable meeting room with sound-dampening panels and shelves for laptops and demo devices, and draw it into the booth plans ViVE reviews by February 5, 2027.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this

Logistics for ViVE 2027, handled
T3 Expo is ViVE's official service contractor, and its 2027 kit sets the calendar we build to: advance-warehouse receiving runs February 2 to March 3, freight after that pays 30 percent more per pound, and material handling bills at $1.46 per pound. rigging is ordered through Music City Center, so a hanging sign ships ahead to T3's warehouse and goes up through the venue. Full-time staff may set their own exhibit, but nobody hand-carries through the loading docks and dollies stay outside. We file the EAC form by February 9, carry the $1 million and $2 million insurance limits ViVE sets, and our own project manager runs the Nashville install alongside vetted local labor.
Hall guide
ViVE puts every booth, kiosk and meeting cube on Music City Center's Level 3 show floor, which T3 Expo ships to as Halls A–D. These are the spaces and zones that shape a ViVE booth.
353,143 square feet under a 32-foot-6-inch ceiling, with 300+ hang points rated to 2 tons each and floor boxes on 30-foot centers.
Our advice: ViVE's 20-foot cap, not the ceiling, limits your island, and every rigging point goes through Music City Center, so we design the sign to the cap.
ViVE's prebuilt cubes come in 10×10, 10×20 and 20×20 with 8-foot walls, a lockable door and a glass panel, seating four to eight, with no secure storage.
Our advice: If a cube is your meeting space, we add a lockable cabinet and branded graphics; if you need storage and privacy together, we build the room into your booth.
ViVE's specialty zones group buyers by problem; in the InteropNow! Zone, health systems and payers present data-exchange case studies and vendors demo by use case.
Our advice: A booth near a zone gets that zone's buyers between sessions, so we lead the aisle-facing graphic with the answer they came for.
Sponsors hold their scheduled 15-minute Provider & Payer Connect meetings with executive buyers in this lounge, not in the booth.
Our advice: We give your booth a seat and a demo ready for the buyer who wants to see more after the lounge meeting ends.

ViVE exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ViVE
How much does a booth at ViVE 2027 cost?
Plan on a custom 10×20 at $15,000 to $45,000, or $7,500 to $15,000 as a rental; a custom 20×20 island runs $50,000 to $120,000. At ViVE the figure moves with demo screens, a lockable meeting room and whether your crew builds on Friday straight time or Sunday double time. ViVE prices the floor space itself inside sponsorship packages its sales team quotes.
What is the deadline to submit booth plans for ViVE 2027?
Show management wants plans for every custom booth of 10×20 and larger by Friday, February 5, 2027: floor plan, location and orientation, elevations and materials. Custom build-outs inside private meeting rooms need renderings, an EAC form and a certificate of insurance the same day, and T3 Expo's EAC form deadline follows on February 9. We need your design signed off in early January to file on time.
Can we rent a booth for ViVE instead of a T3 turnkey package?
Yes. A Purple rental replaces the stock back wall of a turnkey package with your own structure, graphics and demo counters, on one fixed proposal with freight, install and dismantle. ViVE treats it as a custom booth, so we file the plans, bring the flooring every custom booth must supply, and order power and internet through the venue's service portal.
Can we set up our own booth at Music City Center?
Your full-time employees may set their own exhibit under the Nashville labor guidelines in T3 Expo's kit, but hand-carry is one trip, with no dollies or flatbeds, and never through the loading docks. A cartload from your own vehicle is capped at eight pieces under 300 pounds, two trips each way. A built booth goes up with T3 labor or a registered EAC, which is our route.
How tall can a ViVE booth be, and can we hang a sign?
On a 20×20 or larger island, nothing, sign included, may rise past 20 feet overall, and walls usually stay between 8 and 12 feet. A 10×20 inline keeps an 8-foot back wall, ViVE's 7.75-foot white wall stays in place, and side panels stay within 5 feet wide by 3 feet high. Signs hang only over 20×20 and larger booths.
What does material handling cost at ViVE, and who pays it?
You do, through T3 Expo: its 2027 kit bills $1.46 per pound for freight through the advance warehouse, $1.48 for direct delivery, and $72 for a small package of 50 pounds or less. Freight arriving after March 3, 2027 pays 30 percent more per pound. We consolidate crates, ship on target and show the handling estimate as its own proposal line.
Which hall is the ViVE 2027 show floor in?
ViVE puts every booth on Music City Center's Level 3 show floor, and T3 Expo addresses direct freight to Halls A–D at 700 Korean Veterans Boulevard. The halls total 353,143 square feet under a 32-foot-6-inch ceiling, so ViVE's 20-foot cap sets your height, not the building. We draw for your exact spot once the floor plan assigns it.
Can we reuse our ViVE booth at HLTH or HIMSS?
The same booth can follow you to HLTH in Las Vegas or HIMSS in Chicago: we build panels that regroup from a 10×20 into part of an island. Between shows we reprint the headers for each audience, CIOs and CISOs in Nashville and a broader digital health crowd at HLTH, and ship to the next contractor's warehouse.
Do you handle T3 Expo orders for ViVE?
We read T3 Expo's ViVE 2027 kit, file the EAC form by February 9 and place labor, material handling and furniture orders before the February 16 advance discount. Rigging is ordered through Music City Center, and dedicated internet and power through the venue's ordering portal. You get a copy of every order, and the totals sit on your proposal.
When is ViVE 2027?
ViVE 2027 runs Sunday, March 14 to Wednesday, March 17, 2027, at Music City Center in Nashville. Onsite registration opens Sunday, the show floor is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, and it closes at noon on Wednesday. Custom islands start moving in on Friday, March 12.
Where is ViVE 2027 held?
At Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South in downtown Nashville, with the show floor on the building's Level 3. Connections Housing runs ViVE's official hotel block. ViVE 2026 ran at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and ViVE 2028 moves to Fort Lauderdale, April 23–26, 2028.
Is ViVE open to the public?
No. Everyone at ViVE registers for a full-access ticket in a category such as provider or payer executive, solution provider, startup, investor or government, and ViVE completes an eligibility review within three business days. There are no exhibitor-only passes, so every booth staffer and every guest you invite onsite needs a full ticket.
Who organizes ViVE?
ViVE was co-created by CHIME and HLTH and is produced by HLTH Inc., which also produces HLTH USA in Las Vegas. CHIME members get their own pass rate, opening at $1,195 and never above $1,895. For 2027, T3 Expo is the official service contractor, and Music City Center supplies rigging and booth catering.
How many people attend ViVE?
ViVE's 2027 site expects 7,000+ executives in Nashville, from health systems, payers, investors, startups, pharma and government. At the 2026 edition in Los Angeles, Provider & Payer Connect alone ran more than 5,000 one-to-one meetings with a 96 percent satisfaction rate, which tells you how much of the selling happens by appointment.
Before you sign with anyone
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for ViVE:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who builds the booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what is billed by the show?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
