Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Exhibitor Guide
Also known as Signia by Hilton Orlando, an Official Walt Disney World Hotel; formerly Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek; shares its meeting campus with the Waldorf Astoria Orlando
Two hotels in a 482-acre preserve next to Walt Disney World share one meeting campus, with three ballrooms on a single lobby level. The newest, the Waterside, opened in 2024. Dermatology, pest control and clinical research expos come here on their own, about 10 miles by road from the convention center, so plan freight and crews as for a standalone venue.

Quick answers
What exhibitors ask about Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek
The resort is next to Walt Disney World, not on the OCCC campus. Shows here are complete events with their own contractor and dock.
A FedEx Office center inside the hotel receives packages for a fee by weight. Booth freight goes to your show contractor, such as GES at 7945 Mandarin Drive.
No one has to join a union to work a show here. Each show's contractor sets what your own staff may do, so check your kit.
Signia by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Orlando: one meeting campus inside the Bonnet Creek preserve
The two towers opened together in 2009 as one complex, and they still sell meeting space together: groups booking Signia also get the Waldorf's meeting space. For an exhibitor that means a show may hold sessions in both hotels, so check which building your booth is in. It also means you are out of the convention district, in a resort ringed by Disney land.
- 2009Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando open side by side, connected.
- 482 acresBonnet Creek Resort is bordered on three sides by Walt Disney World land and on the fourth by I-4.
- 2021The Hilton becomes the first hotel of Hilton's Signia brand, owned by Park Hotels & Resorts.

Ballrooms & meeting space
Signia Bonnet Creek floor plan: Bonnet Creek, Floridian and Waterside ballrooms
All three ballrooms share the lobby level, with the Waterside reached across a bridge from the original building. Breakout rooms sit below. The diagram stacks the levels and draws each ballroom's height to its ceiling.
- 20 ft ceiling, Bonnet Creek Ballroom
- 18 ft ceiling, Floridian and Waterside
Schematic, not to scale: box widths follow floor area and heights follow ceiling height, but rooms are not drawn where they really sit. Sizes, ceilings and booth counts from the hotel's April 2024 capacity chart. Official plans: the hotel's floor plan and capacity chart (PDF) and meetings page.
Recent and upcoming show floor plans
Official floor plans from organizers of shows at Signia. Every show draws its own layout, aisles and booth numbers, so use these to see how a real show fills the rooms, then work from your own show's plan.

- Booth freight to the contractorShows here use Orlando warehouses: a 2026 GES show sent freight to 7945 Mandarin Drive, and ODAC 2027 uses a GES advance warehouse. The hotel's FedEx Office sends decorator freight to the decorator's address.
- Trucks before 2 pmThe same GES kit took direct show-site freight from 9 am to 2 pm, asked carriers to check in by 2 pm, and warned that the docks get congested late in the afternoon.
- FedEx Office for boxesLabel boxes c/o FedEx Office at Signia by Hilton with your event name, and time them to arrive four days before the event. A storage fee applies after five days; pallets and crates pay a fee from $150 each.
- Short set-up windowsFPMA 2027 gives exhibitors 2:00 to 4:00 pm the day before, with no early access. ODAC 2027 loads in from 9 am to 4 pm on opening day and bans load-in during hall hours.
- Dock details not publishedThe public plans do not show the dock or freight elevators. Ask the event team for the route to your ballroom, above all for the Waterside, across the bridge from the original building.
- Day −60Confirm the ballroom: 20 ft Bonnet Creek, or 18 ft Floridian or Waterside.
- Day −30Order power, internet and rigging; at AANEM 2026 these came from Encore.
- Day −21Purple ships to Orlando through our carrier network, to the contractor's advance warehouse.
- Day −14Warehouse cutoff in your kit. Book crew transport: the resort is outside the convention district.
- Day −4Small boxes for the hotel arrive at FedEx Office, labeled with your event name.
- Day 0Trucks checked in before 2 pm; set-up windows here can be two hours.
Labor & rules
Signia Bonnet Creek labor rules: what your team can do itself
Florida is a right-to-work state, so no one on your team has to join a union. The hotel publishes no exhibitor labor rules of its own; each show's official contractor sets them in the kit. What we could confirm is below.
✓Usually your call
- No union membership needed to work the show
- Your own full-time staff setting up, where your show kit allows it
- Small boxes through the hotel's FedEx Office, for a fee
- Tabletop or 8 × 8 ft booth packages at some shows, with table and chairs included
●Contractors on site
- Encore: AV, internet and electrical power (AANEM 2026)
- The show's general contractor: freight, furnishings and booth labor (GES at recent shows)
- FedEx Office: package receiving, delivery and outbound shipping
- Hotel catering: food and drink in the ballrooms
!Watch out for
- Load-in during exhibit hours (banned at ODAC 2027)
- Early access to the hall (none at FPMA 2027)
- Trucks after 2 pm: late-afternoon dock congestion
- Boxes held more than five days: storage fees
- No carts or pallet jacks to borrow from FedEx Office

Signia Bonnet Creek drayage and show budget estimator
Pick a booth size and type to get planning numbers for shipping weight, drayage at about $155 per hundredweight, and installation and dismantling (I&D) labor. The rate matches our other Orlando guides, because shows here use the same Orlando contractor warehouses. Every number is a Purple planning estimate, not a quote: the hotel publishes no drayage or labor rate, and your show kit carries the actual tariff. Florida is a right-to-work state.

Get a real Orlando quoteHow these planning numbers work
- Shipping weight: about 6 lbs per sq ft for a rental booth, 9 for custom or hybrid, 12 for fully custom, crated, with graphics and furniture.
- Drayage: $155 per 100 lbs (cwt), Purple's Orlando planning rate, with a 200 lb minimum. Loose or pad-wrapped freight adds 30%.
- I&D labor hours: install plus dismantle, 0.06–0.10 person-hours per sq ft for rental, 0.08–0.14 for custom or hybrid, 0.12–0.20 for fully custom.
- Labor rate: $138–$207 per person-hour, straight time, a planning range from published 2026 show labor rates elsewhere. No rate is published for this hotel, and overtime costs more.
- Own staff: Florida is right-to-work. If your show kit lets your own full-time staff set up, I&D labor drops to $0 here.
- Not included: booth space, the exhibit itself, freight to Orlando, Encore orders, FedEx Office fees, crew transport, travel and tax.
At Signia Bonnet Creek: the resort is outside the convention district, so add crew transport from your hotel if your team is not staying here. See all venues on the drayage rates page.

Insider tips
Signia Bonnet Creek exhibitor tips: what experienced teams do
Only one ballroom has 20 ft
The Bonnet Creek Ballroom is 20 ft high; the Floridian and the newer Waterside are 18 ft. Design for 18 ft until your show names the room.
Ask the freight route to the Waterside
The 2024 Waterside Ballroom is across a bridge from the original building, and the public plans do not show the dock. Get the route and door sizes before you build tall crates.
Pack for a two-hour set-up
FPMA 2027 gives exhibitors 2:00 to 4:00 pm with no early access. A pop-up or tension-fabric booth fits that window; a crated custom build may not.
Beat the afternoon dock rush
GES asks carriers to check in by 2 pm here, because the docks get congested late in the afternoon. Book a morning delivery slot.
Time FedEx boxes to four days out
The hotel's FedEx Office asks for arrival four days before the event and charges storage after five. Earlier boxes cost more.
Budget crew transport
The resort is about 10 miles by road from the convention center and 18.7 miles from MCO. If your crew stays on International Drive, plan daily rides.
